What ingredients can be used in oral sprays?

Which ingredients cannot be used in oral sprays?
Oral sprays deliver a very small amount per dose (typically around 0.2 ml per spray). Because of this, they are not suitable for ingredients that require high daily amounts or have high density.
For example, magnesium needs relatively large doses to be effective, which cannot fit into such a small volume without compromising the formulation. The same limitation applies to other high-dose or dense ingredients, including collagen, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), glucosamine, creatine, protein-based compounds, fiber supplements, etc. In general, any ingredient that requires large serving sizes or has low solubility is not suitable for oral spray delivery.

What kind of sweeteners do you use?
We use teeth-friendly xylitol, which is very popular among consumers. It can also be replaced with sorbitol or intense artificial sweeteners such as acesulfame, sucralose, or stevia. Additionally, regular sugar or honey can be used if preferred.
What flavors are available?
We provide a broad selection of flavors, developed by our professional flavor experts to ensure the best taste experience. Some sprays, like Vitamin D and B12, are easy to flavor, and we have successfully created options such as apple, peppermint, cherry, strawberry, orange, raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, and more. The most popular choice is PET or R-PET (recycled) bottles in white color, though amber glass bottles are also available. Both types come in 30 ml, and PET bottles are additionally offered in 50 ml.

This is quite a complex process, as it’s not just about the bottles—the spray pumps also need to fit perfectly. While different bottle colors are possible for orders of at least 100,000 units, custom shapes, volumes, and pumps are only feasible for orders of 500,000 units or more.
